Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using iTestSeries, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies (including Refund Policy below). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to students, educators, institute admins, and all other users. We may update them; your continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if required in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. Educators and institutes represent they have authority to use the Platform for their organization.

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or for security reasons.

Security note: We employ strong password hashing, CSRF protection, session fingerprinting, rate limiting, IP burst protection, CSP headers, and other measures. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we protect student attempt data and educator content.

Students: You may take tests, view results/analytics (if subscribed), and manage your profile. You agree not to cheat, share answers, use unauthorized aids, or scrape content. All attempt data (timing, answers, events) is logged for integrity and analytics.

Educators/Institutes: You may create test series, quizzes, questions (with BBCode support), manage enrollments, and access analytics for your content. You own the content you create but grant us license to host and display it. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your materials. Do not upload copyrighted material without permission.

Prohibited: spam, harassment, malware, impersonation, reverse engineering, or violating others' privacy/intellectual property. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

Content you create (series, tests, questions) may be made global or private. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. All sales are final except as provided in the Refund Policy. Subscriptions (premium analytics, etc.) auto-renew unless cancelled; no refunds for partial periods unless required by law or our policy.

We may change pricing with notice. Enrollments are personal; sharing accounts is prohibited.

This policy may be updated. Changes apply to new purchases. Contact support for exceptions.

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant iTestSeries a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display it for the Platform's operation and improvement.

The Platform, software, and content (except user-generated) are our property or licensed. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss, test inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months (or $100 if none).

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use or content.

We may terminate access at any time for violations. You may delete your account (data retention per Privacy Policy).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
